With the attention of company leaders, on March 8, 2021, Quang Trung Mechanical Company held a ceremony to celebrate International Women's Day in the joy of the sisters of Quang Trung Mechanical Company.

On September 19, 2020 in Hanoi, "the ceremony of concluding the regulations on coordination between the MIE Party and the grassroots Party Committees" took place.
